These terms govern your use of this website and purchases made from Khusubhart Palace. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Solid wood is a natural material — grain, colour and small knots vary from piece to piece and are not defects. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds (or, for Cash on Delivery, once we confirm the order). We may cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled and will refund any payment in full.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.

Warranty

Wooden furniture carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from moisture or direct sunlight.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
