Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it is shipped. Contact us with your order number.

Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. A pickup charge may apply for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or defective items

We will repair, replace or refund items that arrive damaged or defective at no cost to you. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI.
